City Administrator’s Notes - June 2013

It looks like summer has arrived and there’s a fair bit of activity in our town.

We are busy hiring a new Public Works Field Supervisor and a new City Clerk / Treasurer / Administrator – the lead position for our public works crew and the city’s chief operations officer. With the new people will come both the standard hiccups as we get them trained and the new opportunities as we take advantage of new talents!

From the Mayor's Desk - June 2013

As a longtime baseball fan, I always enjoyed hearing Harry Caray say, “Holy Cow!” And I shared that same sense of excitement and joy when I realized Gorge Days is only about a month away!

We are super excited to have Johnny Limbo & the Lugnuts back again. They will be performing a free concert from 4pm to 6pm to wrap things up Saturday night, but don’t miss out on any of the other fun, educational and/or  stimulating events going on Friday, July 5th and Saturday, July 6th.
